Return Process

  Log into your Velocity account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
